Holliston’s favorite café was opened in August 1997 by Tom and Pam Farrell. They created a community meeting place where family and friends in and around Holliston could sit together.
In 2023, Coffee Haven joined the Blue Moon Bagel Café family. Alex and Greg Monahan, brothers and owners of Blue Moon Bagel Café in Medfield where they grew up, are thrilled to be a part of this great community and to bring Blue Moon's fresh baked products to our customers.
How we bake.
Since 1996, Blue Moon Bagel Café's goal has been to bake superior products, and to make them as wholesome as possible. We recognize the importance of consuming healthy and nutritional foods, which is why we do not use any preservatives, chemicals, or additives at our bakery.
At Blue Moon Bagel Café, we only use the finest and purest ingredients to create unique bagels, artisan bread, and bakery products from scratch. All of our products are made in-house and in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness and product quality. We use fresh milled organic flour in all of our bread. It’s better for the environment and your health, plus you can taste the difference.
We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free products. We are a trans-fat free bakery, using only the best ingredients.
